This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on our official website https://aniquidshop.in/ (the “Site”).

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for clothing and fashion products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • The original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be in its original condition as received.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear, lingerie, accessories, and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer support at info@aniquidshop.in or +91-9193658911 within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area). You may also be asked to ship the item back to our return address.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

3. Exchange Policy

  • If the product you received doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability).

  • If the desired replacement is not available, you can choose between:

    • A store credit valid for future purchases, or

    • A refund (if eligible).

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges and COD (Cash on Delivery) fees are non-refundable.

  • If a product was purchased during a sale or promotional offer, it may only be eligible for exchange or store credit, not a full refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • We reserve the right to reject claims made after the 48-hour window.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Worn, washed, or altered clothing

  • Items with missing tags or original packaging

  • Intimate wear, swimwear, or accessories

  • Clearance or final-sale items

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled items will be processed within 5–7 business days.
